Another key to happiness is to understand the importance of our thoughts. Our Thoughts have the power to shape our lives and also create our Happiness.
But remember: Positive thoughts are not enough. There should also be positive feelings and positive actions.

We need to be content and happy with what we have while working for what we want.

Love is one of the most powerful forces in the universe and certainly is a must ingredient in our life if we want to be happy.
The first step is to love ourselves, in fact, Happiness is feeling good about who we are.

It Having a purpose in our life gives us direction and focus.

Any form of meditation on a daily basis can help clear our mind, be positive and be in control of our thoughts.
#13 LIVE THE PRESENT!
Happiness is in the present moment, the only moment we are alive.
The past is gone, the future is yet to come, let’s live the present.

Practicing Mindfulness. Mindfulness can help us to slow down, live our life in full and consequently feel happier.
